PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE
Grapes harvested in very slight over-ripening undergo a maceration of 28 days with continuous punching down and pumping over giving rise to a soft, very structured
elegant time, aged for 12 months in oak barriques.

Color: deep purple red.
Bouquet: red fruit, hints of rose and vanilla
Taste: Persistent, very soft and structured with hints of plum
