Method of Production
The best grapes of Chardonnay become the intense and fragrant wine after a very little maceration of peels in cement tanks and then it is soon ready to be sold.

Organoleptic Features
Fragrance: fruity bouquet, it reminds the yellow peach and the ripe apricot.
Taste: A subtle mineral trait balances with harmony the taste of the ripe peaches and of the Acacia honey.

We won the bet we made: to produce an aromatic wine as the Chardonnay in our Farm! It comes from the willfulness of our enologist, who has believed in the “power of our grounds”.

enJOY the Taste
Versatile for culinary combinations, it can be matched with barbecued chicken chest. Perfect also for aperitif.
